2. If the economy allows, a larger laser cutting machine can be replaced. The reflectivity of common aluminum materials to light is usually about 70%. 3000W power can cut aluminum within 8mm, and 6000W power can cut aluminum within 16mm. . Select a larger laser power according to the thickness to be cut, which can cut aluminum better.

3. The aluminum material can be better cut by adjusting the cutting process. The aluminum material itself is not resistant to high temperature. Once the cutting dwell time is improper, burrs will occur. By adjusting parameters such as cutting focus, speed, output power, and air pressure, the laser cutting machine can cut aluminum better.

4. Select the appropriate auxiliary gas, because of the special color of aluminum and to ensure the uniform color of the cut product, nitrogen can well prevent oxidation and retain the characteristics of the material itself. Nitrogen is a better choice.
