Boci Laser Cutting Head

Advantages of Boci Laser Cutting Head:
1. Protective Lens Temperature Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the status of the protective lens. Warning system can work quickly when the lens are polluted and it can reduce the negative effects of polluted lens on cutting quality.

2. Air Pressure Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of gas flow rate during cutting, effectively reduces the affects of air pressure deficiency / exaggerated on cut surface quality.

3. Anti-Collision Protection: The anti-collision design of the cutting head effectively reduces the depot-repair probability, without technical support, customers can replace the broken parts by themselves, and the maintenance cost is lower.

4. Closed-loop Monitoring: Built-in multiple sets of sensors, real-time closed-loop intelligent monitoring, rapid diagnosis of problems and proactive warning.
Laser Cutting System

Advantages of Bochu Fscut 2000E/4000E:
1. Adaptive pierceing :Emit laser during the Z axis moving down, piercing efficiency has been improved 9%.
2. Fly cut: Flying cutting path can be generated for most graphics,reducing the pauses after cutting
completion and further improving efficiency.
3. Micro-joint:Optimized micro-joint points, the connection points are smaller, it is easier to separate parts, and the cutting surface is smoother.
4. Torque detection: When the system detects torque abnormal, it will stop moving immediately to protect from serious injury when a collision happens.
5. Anti-collision: Intelligently adjusting the lifting height of the cutting path based on the cutting sequence of the parts to achieve obstacle avoidance during movements.
6. Frame simulation: Running along the outer line before processing to ensure that the machining area
does not exceed the area of the remaining material, and ensure safety.
7. Real-time monitoring: Combined with blt series cutting head, it can monitor the temperature of the
protective lens and gas pressure, and raise an alarm when abnormally happens.

8. Soft acceleration and deceleration: Leveraging the advantages of a bus system, the feedback of motor signals is faster with lower latency, which can protect the motor and machine tool with gentler impact.
