Product Description

Welding bed structure

1. The main board is welded by tube plate welding, annealing and heat treatment to ensure the stability and deformation of the bed

2. The heavy-duty bed structure ensures the long-term stability of the machine tool

3. The horizontal accuracy of the overall welding platform is less than or equal to 0.5mm to ensure the welding accuracy of the bed, and the overall welding accuracy is less than or equal to 5mm

4. The EETO laser cutting machine adopts a unique regional ventilation system to exhaust smoke and dust, and the dust removal rate is increased by 60%.

Raytool cutting head

EETO Laser uses Raytools autofocus laser heads. The laser head has a built-in motor drive unit, which uses a linear mechanism to drive the focusing lens to automatically change its position within 24mm. Users can program continuous focus to achieve rapid perforation of thick plates and automatic cutting of plates of different thicknesses and materials.

EtherCAT bus system

EETO adopts FSCUT2000C. FSCUT2000C power laser cutting system is a full-featured open-loop control system specially designed for the sheet metal processing industry. Easy installation, convenient debugging, excellent performance, complete solutions.

Raycus Laser

EETO laser adopts German IPG, China Ruike, JPT and other brand lasers. All three lasers can be perfectly adapted to high-intensity laser cutting machines.
